The Latino Arts Strings Program (LASP) is honored to participate in Violins of Hope: Wisconsin – presented by Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra (MYSO), a powerful statewide initiative that celebrates the resilience of the human spirit through restored instruments that survived the Holocaust.

Rooted in both the European classical tradition and the vibrant musical heritage of Latin America, LASP empowers young musicians to achieve artistic excellence while fostering a deep appreciation for cultural identity and connection.

Through Violins of Hope: Wisconsin – presented by MYSO, LASP students have experienced the profound connection between music, memory, and hope. As they perform on these historic instruments, they honor stories of endurance and courage—bridging generations and communities through the universal language of music.
