Experience a powerful evening of music, heritage, and remembrance. Strings of Tradition – Tunes of Togetherness brings audiences into the story of the Violins of Hope, a collection of instruments owned and played by Jewish musicians during the Holocaust. Restored to concert condition, these violins now sing once more—carrying memories of resilience, faith, and community.
Under the artistic direction of Dr. Harold Kacanek and performed by musicians of the Concord Chamber Orchestra, the program celebrates Jewish musical traditions and the enduring human spirit these instruments represent.
